S.E. Puett is an Enterprise Solutions Architect with more than a decade leading enterprise-level operations & digital transformations in both the public & private sectors. They built a unique 20-year career providing consultative outreach & resource for the hardworking professionals employed by the great state of Oklahoma before being recruited by “Big 4” firm PwC. S.E. fell in love with tech at an early age when their Junior High computer science teacher first introduced them to HTML & CSS tags, which led to building their first website for their school’s Headstart Program & with Public Service first volunteering as a youth basketball coach for the United Way. Since then, S.E. has collected a series of certifications, field experiences, and nationwide accolades that reflect their passion for leaving people places & things better than when they found them. S.E. completed dual undergraduate programs at Southwestern Oklahoma State University before finishing a Master of Business Administration at Southern Nazarene University complementing two decades of public service. S.E. enjoys working in the community having served on several boards of 503c organizations, providing non-profit consulting for small business owners & startups, as well as having coached several high schools & Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) teams throughout the state of Oklahoma. S.E. has continued that work by helping organizations build & scale sustainable foundations to contribute to their local economies & “leaning into the hard stuff” that most tend to shy away from to achieve transformative progress for organizations. Holding subject matter expertise in organizational development areas, S.E. offers teams 10 years of supplemental proficiencies in data analytics, strategy, & governance such as special operations incident command systems, compliance, & staff development. S.E. enjoys working with teams who practice bias for action, relentless innovation & continuous improvement in quality standards to empower global communities make informed business decisions. S.E. most enjoys landscaping, championing innovative best practices in organizational development, hiking in remote parts of the U.S., & spending time with their daughter, Lillie.
